Differential Service

New & Rebuilt Differentials:

All New Bearings, Seals, Crush Sleeve, Shims, Clutch Pack, Springs, Bolts, Plates, Pinion Shaft, Washer, Nut. Housing, Case, Side Gears, Ring/Pinion, Companion Flange: Must be Reusable. Side yokes must be checked (.002 R.O. Max On Centers); bearing surfaces must be refinished. End play should not exceed .030. 

(End play 1984 - 96 cannot exceed .0007)

Housings:

Glass Beaded, Painted to Factory Cast Gray. Rear Ends Supplied Less Rear Cover, Side Yokes. Gear Ratios Must Be The Same Series As Unit Exchanged, Different Ratios Extra. Complete Carry-Out Units (New & Used) Available. Most Ratios In Stock. Race Prep Extra!

Ring/Pinions:

New 1963 - 79 Ring/Pinions. Made in the USA Quality control 8620 forged steel non-leaded material, double lapped street gear,

Rebuilt Units Start at $450.00 Carry-In Exchange. Installation Extra. Six Month Limited Warranty (I.E. Failure To Maintain Proper Fluids, Broken Pinion Shaft, Abuse, Side Gears and Case Void Warranty. Positraction Additive Must Be Used). (Carry in and Out 30 Days)
